The technician really went above and beyond to try to fix my ancient lock and deadbolt problems. The only reason I made it 4 stars instead of 5 is because we couldn't totally fix the hardware problem, though valiant effort was made. I appreciate all the hard work and patience shown, and would certainly recommend you to friends and co-workers.
